This is beautiful, my friend. We've had a massive heatwave for the past week or so. Yesterday, for the first time in weeks, we got rain. Real rain. Not that stuff that almost evaporates before it hits the ground, but a downpour of rain that continued off and on for four hours.

Then, today, I read this as I listened to another round of rolling thunder across my sky.

This is awesome.
