Are you one of those people who can’t seem to find happiness? It may sound strange, but there are people out there who have a hard time being happy. Negativity is all around us, but we don’t have to let it rule our lives. Here are a few places to look when trying to find your happy place.

Who makes you smile?

Is there a certain someone out there that puts a smile on your face? A favorite relative, a celebrity, or maybe just that special friend who’s always got your back. When you’re having a rough day, think of that person and what it is about them that makes you smile. Let them be your saving grace.

Take a mental vacation

Have you ever traveled somewhere you never thought you’d get to go? Is there somewhere you’d like to visit at least once in your life? Let that be the start of your journey in finding your happy place. Remember all the things you did that made you smile. Maybe create a list of all the things you’d like to do on that special vacation. Let those pleasant thoughts calm your soul.

Sing a song

Seriously! Music can be one of the easiest ways for you to find your happy place. That one song that brings back special memories of your past or of that special person who always made you weak in…
