I've also revamped my Substack newsletter, but am offering both a free and a paid subscription. Like you, I'm really worried about the future of Medium. But it's been more than a couple of weeks. It's been a couple of months now. I wrote a piece about it back in November and even though I had about the same amount of readers as I had in the past, I only made a few cents off of it.
