Eko, I hope you know how much your words mean to me. I tried to read this last night, but my tears ran into my shoes and I had to step away. The last story in this piece hits so close to home, you have no idea. My Mr. and I have only been together, officially, for ten years (married for nine). However, he was my very first boyfriend when I was 13 and he was 15. We've always been friends, we've both had "other" lives, and we both are now well into our 50s. Neither of us ever thought we'd end up together, but we'd both be lost without the other.
